“Pretty awesome.I was looking for something small, portable and noise free; and I got it.Tested it at home and I agree with previous comments; when walking, steps are short and easier when sitting down. But overall a great start!!So after home testing, took it to work and got my coworkers to try it and they loved it. Comments were- that during our conf calls, this would be great to keep moving, get steps in and listen at the same time.Expect tons of new orders coming your way. You're welcome!!! :)**Request for enhancement** make the steps easier for walking.”
“It either has no resistance or all resistance, plus the gauge doesn't work at all after like a week of use. It's not very convenient or safe to use standing up with how the wheels catch on the back, even with a good core postion standing. Very heavy, be aware of that when setting it up- it's gonna live there. Will need a protection mat below if you put it on carpet or it's gonna tear it up.”
“I love the elliptical and use it while seated at my desk in my cubicle. I have venous insufficiency in one of my calves and my sedentary job was not good for that condition at all. Just a few minutes every hour and the discoloration caused by the insufficiency is much improved not to mention I'm burning more calories during the day. It's quiet enough where no cubicle inhabitants have complained. I've been using it a little over a month now and only have positive things to say. I put it together myself with no problems and then used my garden wagon to transport it from my car to my office. This wouldn't work for standing but is great while sitting.”
“I received this on Jan. 24 and wanted to actually use it for a while before writing a review. Overall, I'm very happy with it. I brought it in to work and it fits perfectly under my desk. It was very quiet for the first couple of weeks and no one else knew I even had it. After that it started making a little squeak, but I brought in a small can of WD40, sprayed all of the moving parts and it was quiet again. Another week and it started doing a little "click-clunk" sound, but I could feel it more than hear it. I use it when I can and after a while I can really feel it in my legs. I don't use it standing, only sitting. I pedal forward for a while, then backward. I would recommend this to anyone who is tired of sitting still all day and not getting any exercise. For the money I would say this is worth the investment, but also get some WD40.The counter is great for tracking time and rotations, but the "miles" and calories are not very accurate. It told me I did 5 miles in like 15 minutes! But, not a big deal for me, I just really wanted to use it to get a little exercise at work and not feel like a bump on a log all day!”
“The size of this is great, it fits under my bed and it portable enough to move around my house. After about 6 uses it started making a crackling sound like there is a piece of plastic that is crackling inside. I thought maybe it might need a good lube so I have sprayed it with WD-40 to no avail. The step counter is also way off. I am not sure what type of sensor they are using but it is short by 1/4-1/3 every workout. I have used my phone, my basis watch, and a standard pedometer, each of these were very close to each other, but the builtin counter was hundreds of steps low.I love the size so 3 stars, if whatever is making noise finally makes this thing break I will be coming back and reducing that.”
“Wanted to leave a review since I read so many before getting this (and from almost not getting it due to some of the horror stories.) I have to say, this is my favorite thing I've ever bought on TRAKK. It makes my day at work fly by since the movement keeps my energy up. It's perfect, quiet, stable, and easy to use. It was heavier than I expected (which I'm glad about, because it's really sturdy and good quality), but I'm small and was able to bring it in to work myself. Putting it together was a little more awkward than I had expected, but it took about 20 mins and was easy. I have told so many people to get this. I'm not very good at writing reviews...so I'll just stop writing and will tell you to stop waiting and buy this thing because it's great and i love it. The end.”
“I find this to be a pretty decent little machine. I use it standing up with a high resistance level and can work up quite a sweat, especially when using additional free weights for the arms. No it won't provide the same type of full body workout you'll get from a gym elliptical, but for the price and size (it does not take up a lot of space, if space is an issue) it's a good little machine to have for cold/rainy/snowy days or for when you just don't feel like hauling yourself to a gym. As far as portability, it's not very light; you can move it from room to room in your home, but I don't see how you would be able to easily take it from home to office etc.It feels sturdy and has been very quiet so far for the most part...I have had some occasional squeaking; nothing permanent yet and therefore it hasn't bothered me.Overall worth the buy for me.”
