“These cups were very easy to use These cups were very easy to use. There are a some You-tube videos if you need instructions. They are made of a thick and durable silicon. There is 4 sizez. The smallest suction area is just a little bigger than a quarter and the largest is about the size of a mug circumference. You press them down to create the suction on your skin. No fire is needed for this! The suction works very well too. If you add a massage oil you can move the suction cups around giving a reversed massage. Instead of pushing the muscles down you are pulling on them. We really liked this product and will be ordering a 2nd set.
