“these cups are easy to use but i didn't like their pliability, i like my silicone cups to have some give but these just had a little too much for my taste. i also had varying results with suction, which might be fixed with application of more or a different lubrication, however this could also be in part to body placement. these would work on a flat broad surface like the back, quads, hamstrings, pecks, but not very good on calves, knees, boney bodies, or for moving around. i found these cups were not adequate for my preferred style of body work.”
“Do not waste time on these if using for health reasons These do not stay suctioned to your body while moving about at all. I believe the next time I purchase a product for cupping I will go for the pump suction. I think that would allow the product to do more work than these seem to be doing.
