“I read many reviews of these products and saw compline about the lack of suction. I'm not sure what they were doing wrong but these cups have good suction. I have had professional cupping sessions dozens of time from various professionals. The suction is quite adequate. I believe the size of the cup and the position on the body may be why people are the lack if suction. Don't use the small cups for large muscles. Use the small cups for small muscles such as around the head and neck and muscle Connection points. Overall for the priceI'm impressed. I use them a few times week and so far they have heldUp well.
