“I bought this thinking it would help with the pain and swelling around my knees I get from arthritis and was very surprised by how well it works. The first time I used it I let it run through two 20 minute cycles as the first didn't quite do the job but since then have been using it 20 minutes a day after work and it's really helped me to relax and sleep better and has eased the arthritis pain in my knees. Only thing I'd like better would be if it was slightly longer as I have to lay on it so that my shoulders are actually where your neck should be in order to get a good massage on my lower legs but that's a minor issue as the overall performance is far superior to other mats of this type and comes pretty close to equaling my old recliner which cost hundreds more than this massage mat. It's very easy for this mat to actually relax you so much with the heat and massage that you can fall asleep during it's 20 minute run time. That makes the auto shutoff after 20 minutes pretty convenient as well.”
“Nice seat cover for my lift chair. Love the heated massage. I have limited mobility and this cover helps to relax my sore aching muscles. It fits nicely on my recliner. My only suggestion it to make the strap that holds it in place longer. I will have to add some elastic to fit comfortably over the top of my chair and to hold it in place.”

“This item is fantastic! It's like 3 in 1 relaxation! Heat, massage and cushion are a great combination for a good nights sleep!! The only thing I would like is if it would be a little longer for taller people such as myself!! Other than that, I like the idea of being able to use both heat & massage together. I like that it has a timer so it's not running all night. And the remote is convienent as well. Much better quality than others I have seen and it is sold for a great price.”
