“Using this mat is super simple, unfold it, plug it in and use the wired remote…..and that�s where the positive ends, I�m am 6� 3†and 245 lbs with an athletic build and If I concentrate enough I can almost feel the massage zones, the heat works somewhat but cannot be felt through anything thicker than undergarments and auto shuts off after 30 min eve though the product claims 60 min, it doesn�t matter if you just changed a setting on the remote 2 min prior it�s still shutting off for “safety†for the money I paid I expected at least functionality”
“So I knew not to expect a shiatsu massager based on the reviews, but I was excited about the heated portion and that I could potentially lay on it. It was big enough to lay on and after about 5 mins the heat was great. It seems like it could be somewhat portable and easy to store. The reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that I was disappointed that my package came and it was obviously a returned/used product. That being said, after disinfecting it, I tried it out before attempting to return it. It is amazing!! TRAKK could have tried to repackage it and pretend it was new.”
