“I like this massage Mat because it can be moved in segments to hit the spots you need. It covers the whole chair and is comfortable to sit on even when your not using it so you don't have to take it off the chair and put back every time. I rated low for pain because I'm not dealing with pain, I use it for relaxation. It works well for relaxation but it is vibration only so sometimes have a hard time finding the setting I want. It does not provide a deep massage so depending on what you need I would recommend this massage mat.”
