“I just received this item as a Christmas gift. So far I like it, especially for the heat capabilities. My only complaint is that the massage zones shown on the remote are not really accurate location-wise. For example, the remote shows a massage zone at the neck region and another at the ankles, but you'd have to be under 5' tall for this to hold true. This detail isn't a problem for me, it's just a little strange.”
