“Good quality. Cushion and color are clean and comfortable to lie on. You need to move around to make sure the vibration points hit the right areas. If you are too low the sounds of the vibration is very loud since the beads/balls are closer to your ear. For me this is too gentle even at its highest intensity. Also you need to put in a headset to drown out the sound if you�re looking to relax. I like the heating aspect. I just wish the massage intensity was harder and the heat all over not just the lower back.”

“I would�ve rated higher except this was sent without the adapter so couldn�t use it.I found an old adapter of my own to see how it worked and it is very loud, if you�re in pain anything with heat would work so not really a fair statement. It�s bulky unless using it for your floor only. It was timed. It just vibrates loudly. I returned this and purchased a heating pad instead.”
