The ability to turn on the heat is a great feature too. I use my massage mat several times a day to make my back feel better. So far I have only used it on my bed, but I plan to eventually use it on my chair, since it has a strap on the back of the massage mat that will hold it securely to my chair.I am impressed with the size and overall quality of the massage mat.
