“Although found item as advertised, it just didn't work out for me. Item was bulky and heavy for me to maneuver from location to location. I was surprised when processing the return for the item that the seller expects you to pay for the shipping UNLESS that is you bring it to an area Kohl's for free ship. After you go out of your way to do this, you are expected to wait for an additional two (2) days or maybe more for "faster" credit back to your TRAKK account as a gift card. Depending on the customer, I expected this refund sooner for another purchase which I may lose due to TRAKK stock...Customer should receive same courtesy as given to seller for immediate return. JUST SAYIN...”
“It doesn't provide a pleasant massage. It is uncomfortable to lay on because there are hard spots that make it hurt when not in use. I've used it maybe 15 times max and it died on me.”
“I purchased this for my handicap brother. He absolutely loves this. He has become quite attached to it. When it shuts off he cries to have it back on. Very powerful and the timer works great. The heat setting adds a little extra comfort. There are different levels of power. We used the med setting.”
“It does what you expect it to and vibrates. Not much wow factor and I eventually bought a shiatsu kneeding pad that's way way better.It's hard to tell which way is top and bottom until you lay on it and select neck but it vibrates your legs, so then have to get up and flip it around each time, lol.Remotes buttons do not light up or glow so can't see them at night and have to use the ceiling light which is not too relaxing.And I really hate the forced shut off timer which interrupts any meditation to have to restart it every few minutes(they all have this unfortunately). :/”
“I like it a lot. The only things I would change are: the heat is only for lower back. I thought it was full body. And it stays on each mode for a little while then moves to the next. You can't pause it on one mode. But you can easily cycle through the modes to get it back to one you want. The vibration nodules don't reach to the back of the head. I fit with in the mat perfectly, I'm 5' 2†and approximately 125 lbs. But I am still very satisfied with it. I really like the last mode in the cycle on the lights. It vibrates from slow to fast to slow, it makes your muscles tingle all over. I have fibromyalgia and it helps me.”
“It's a vibration as opposed to roller massage which is what I wanted. After a long day I lay on the mat about 30 to 45 minutes and it really relaxes my muscles and joints. Very easy to set up and operate and easy to fold up and put away. I am very happy with this product.”
