“This is not a "kneading shiatsu roller" type product, you can barely feel the multiple vibratiion units when lying upon them which is an appreciated comfort. I'm a big guy so i'm using the highest intensity level but it definitely does some good. The intensity could be a little more intense for my needs but it's probably good for most people. The different selectable modes are nice and one of them is especially good for my needs. The heat is mild and limited to a smaller area than other Snailax models but feels nice and certainly not too hot. I'd like a longer power cord and cord for remote but the remote does work fine as is and a quality extension cord for the power does just fine. At this price-point you can't go wrong.”
