“Well I�ve had this massage mat since August 20th, and it is a Refurbished item but today is November 24th 2020 and 2 weeks ago it started making the loudest noises not the low vibration hum but a loud rattling squealing noise that gets loud and then dies down to the normal vibration hum for the duration of time I use it.I had been thru several of these in the past 5 years , they work well for a month to 6 months but afterwards the noise starts and gets louder then the motor�s start to quit one or two at a time.I and my husband are retired and I can�t afford but 2 of these a year and this is my second one , I pray I get one for Christmas for it is the only way I can drift off to sleep, arthritis in neck and lower back plus feet.But it is a great item while it works.”
“Mat is a nice length that goes from head to feet. The settings allow different vibration patterns and you can change from massaging all 4 areas to picking which ones you want. Heat is optional as well and when on warms up quickly, but can't say it is what I would say very warm. It is warm enough that it relaxes you even more to go with the massaging. Have used it for a few hours and have to say was a great purchase. Easily folds up and has a Velcro strap closure. Fits perfectly next to the couch out of the way when not in use. Would recommend if you are looking for a nice relaxing but not intense massage.”

“The motors are somewhat weak compared to other massage seats, but it's pretty comfortable to sit on and not bad for its purpose.Mine developed a loud squeaking noise in one of the motors just after the return window closed, which has been continually getting louder, which makes it a lot less practical.”
