“I was looking for a vibrating mat that could go on top of my mattress to help me sleep at night and this has fit the bill. I love that there are different modes and intensities and it also allows you to focus on specific areas if need be. I really haven�t used the heat setting (I�m get very hot at night), but I accidentally turned it on once and I definitely felt the heat. My only complaint is that the hard massage “balls†within the mat do sometimes bother me at night and I have to adjust so that I am not laying on them. This is only an issue when it is turned off. My husband thought it was going to keep him awake at night but he has found himself sleeping better just by the vibrations he feels while I�m using it. He now wants one of his own for his side of the bed! Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get a good night of sleep or even just to relax. I also enjoy using it while listening to guided meditation. It does a great job of relaxing and calming me. Very pleased with my purchase!”
