“I love this thing. Does help with pain. The only issue it has is the mechanism that does the vibration sticks up in the pad. If you lay or sit directly on it, it hurts. The is not enough padding around the small nodules.”
“Gave this as a gift to someone who struggles with severe pain in her body with her spine and bones and not curable. She was surprised and so thankful. Because she mentioned to me on another day. She says she lays on it to go to sleep at night. I'm like 5'5-5'6 and she's about 5'8-5'10 and she said it reaches from her neck to her ankles. She says she uses the heat part because it comforts her and makes it easier on her body. She said it's a little noisy but not bad to keep her awake. She said the vibrations are nice. I really think she likes it. Makes me want to get one for myself or my bro n law.”
“A little rough if you use in a chair and sit on it for very long. Just got it yesterday and used it last night. The soothing vibration is not too heavy, but much better than most. Can't speak for durability yet. Arrived two days after order.”
“Oh my God! As the title says where has this been all my life. I work as a loader for box trucks for a home delivery grocery service. So I do a lot of lifting and pushing. I wear a back brace to support my back but after long nights my back gets the better of me. Got this today and tried it out. Omg. After 2 full cycles so after it auto shutdown twice I feel like a new man. My back is loosened up. My legs are relaxed. The heat this puts out hits my pressure points. 10/10 would definitely say this is worth a try if you are trying to unwind after a long night.”
“I enjoy that I can select the sections of my body to target. For me it is back and lumbar. It isn't as deep a massage as shiatsu but it feels great and relieves my back pain. Additionally, the heat option is nice and I use sometimes, but I love in a warm climate, so not too often.”
“Grandma got into a car accident and underwent physical therapy. Tried to find the best massage mat that would be as similar to the ones she uses after her sessions so she can continue to do her exercises even after physical therapy. She tells me it keeps her warm and relaxes her during the winter. Does not use it now with it being summer, but she stays active and relies on this being homebound due to COVID-19.”
