“Grandma got into a car accident and underwent physical therapy. Tried to find the best massage mat that would be as similar to the ones she uses after her sessions so she can continue to do her exercises even after physical therapy. She tells me it keeps her warm and relaxes her during the winter. Does not use it now with it being summer, but she stays active and relies on this being homebound due to COVID-19.”
“I enjoy that I can select the sections of my body to target. For me it is back and lumbar. It isn't as deep a massage as shiatsu but it feels great and relieves my back pain. Additionally, the heat option is nice and I use sometimes, but I love in a warm climate, so not too often.”
“I only removed 1 star because for my height (5'3") the massage areas didn't line up well. That being said, it was surprisingly nice for the price. I laid it on my side of the bed as I have back problems. It's not so firm that I wasn't able to sleep on it. The adjustment levels of massage are pretty good. The heat did hit my lower back pretty well, and felt great. Overall I think it's a good massage pad for the price range.”
“my wife loves it. her only complaint is that she can not sleep on it due to the timer. it stops and then its just a bunch of balls in her back. lol. its does what it says it will do and all is great.”
“I absolutely love this. I don't know if it relieves pain, but it definitely relaxes you. I love the added heat feature. The heat automatically turns off for safety. I recommend this. If you can't go out to get a massage because of the pandemic-this is the next best thing to do in the comfort of your own home.”
