“This is the second of these I've bought. I used the first one so much the poor motors finally just gave up. This is actually an improved model from the first one I had. The padding is thicker and softer, the heat is hotter, and the cord to the control is longer (which was my only complaint with the first one). I absolutely love this mat. I have chronic back pain and this mat soothes and relaxes my back enough I can go to sleep in comfort. I have had many other mats in the past. This is far superior to any other.”
“This massager is everything that is being advertised as well as not being loud and multi-functional. Now with that being said, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because this massager is not designed for short people. I'm 5'2" and I'm only going to get shorter at my age. lol What I have experienced is if I want to do my neck and shoulder area then I'm not lined up correctly to effectively massage my back hip and leg area. I am only able to line up half my body correctly at a time.Please consider designing a massager for us that are shorter than average?”
“The mat is easy to use and the vibration throughout your whole body is wonderful. If there is heat, it's very low and not helpful. I stopped turning the heat on because it just didn't work. Otherwise, I did it's purpose!”
“I use the mat frequently after strenuous activities. I find the vibration function works best on the higest intensity setting with heat. The product is a little loud but not enough to bother me personally...I have fallen asleep on it. It shuts off on its own. For tall people you may not get full benefit my husband is 6'7 and I am 5'2. So I can lay on it fully but he can't. If you want deep tissue or vigorous massage this product may not be a good fit for you. I enjoy this product, however, I would recommended you read and understand what this product does and does not do before leaving a bad review based on your expectations vs proper research. If you are over 6 feet tall, 200 pounds and expecting a shiatsu experience, this product is not for you. It is not a quiet vibrating product so if noise bothers you, this product is not for you however if you are not bothered by the vibration it offers a variety of vibrating settings and if you enjoy the use of a heat pad this product gets pretty warm. I personally feel it's soothing but to each his own. Again just read the manufacturer's specifications it's spelled out in the product description.”

“I purchased this heat/massage pad for my mom who is 84 and took a hard fall. It looks great. It fits an in home hospital bed perfectly. The remote is easy to use. The massage is strong and feels great. The heat could be a bit hotter for me (RA) but would probably be adequate for anyone else. The massage nodes are hard plastic and are ok for short periods of time, they may however hurt someone skin and bones... But we are fluffy so they are ok. However, my reasons for not giving a five star review for the product is that the massage remote froze after two weeks. It disappointed me however it is my fault. This pad ran heat and massage both on high all night long for two weeks straight. I wish it would have held up better but I'm sure it wasn't designed for that abuse. It still works it's just the massage is stuck in the on position... As soon as it's plugged in it vibes.. So to turn it off it has to be unplugged. The seller however is five star.. It was packaged and shipped well and fast.”
