“I love that I can target specific areas to be massaged. I haven't used the heating pad part yet, but I will when the weather gets cold and damp. I also love that there are different types of massaging that the pad can do to target specific muscle groups. I have found significant relief for my lower back pain while using this massager.”

“I purchased this massage mat for my husband to use in his reclining chair. He has a lot of back pain in his lower back and in his shoulders. I honestly wasn't sure if he'd like the mat but he absolutely loves it. The heating pad feature is very nice and I love that the mat shuts itself off after half an hour so if he naps, it's no problem. The adjustable intensity of the heat is also nice. The mat also works well for body pain relief for my daughter in law. So - helpful tip - this mat works well for a 6'2" man and for a 5'6" woman. It does have a rather odd feeling polyester-type fabric for a cover; this was not a problem for me because I put the mate under the recliner cover of the chair and everybody loves that. If you can't do that, you may want to plan on putting a sheet or large beach towel between you and the mat. I've looked at similar mats since and been quite astonished at the cost range. I think that this mat was a very good deal for the price I paid.”
