I got this for my daughter for Christmas, here is her review:All this mat does is vibrate - it doesn't do much else except there is a heating function. There are 3 levels of vibration intensity. Not sure what type of body this is built for, I am 5'6'' but it seems like the neck and back are oddly placed on the mat.I tried laying flat on the floor, but it was so awkward. I found it's better to be used in my recliner and while the vibration does help me relax, it doesn't really do much for massaging, let alone a full body massage.I'd say the product information is misleading; it's just a big vibrating mat.I don't recommend this product.

I tried multiple other massage mats that were more expensive, ended up needing to be returned because they were defective, & weren't nearly as helpful. I put this inside of a hammock indoors and wow, it's one of the few things that has actually mildly helped my chronic pain and subsequent sleep problems as a result. I have Chronic Lyme, fibro, neuropathy, a fractured vertebrae, etc etc... I'm only 38 & know that my life is over, my livelihood is long gone, but at least this mat has given me some mild relief. I highly recommend this, especially for those who can't afford more expensive mats or massages every night.

I have this Massage pad installed on a TV 2 recliner sofa. It turned out to be about 1 foot too long on top, but I used a large binder clip, hooked to a Velcro strap and connected to the massage rear strap to pull it down over the rear of the sofa. I was really impressed as the remote for this unit can control intensity, and ON-OFF of everything even the heat. I was really interested in back heat. I was using a heating pad to watch TV. In the future I am sure I will use the massage modes that are very strong. I would like to see the heat last longer than 60 minutes, but very easy to reset for heat only. Heat in Winter, and Massage this Summer.

I bought this because of restless legs after knee surgery. It works well using the high intensity level (the medium and low level are not very strong). I tried to use it all night for the first few nights, turning it on whenever my legs would wake me up, but I found it a little uncomfortable because the lumps of the little motors in the pad. I do like the length of the pad and it does relax my legs. I like the ability to set the area you need for vibration. It can also be used for my lounge chair but does not work well for an office chair. All in all it is a good product for relaxation but not for use all night.

I am in my 60s and exercise vigorously 3-4 times a week. My Tempurpedic bed at home has a built in vibrator. It alleviates my aches and pains without resorting to NSAIDS. Every time I travel, I get in bed and long for the vibrations. I took this mat on my last trip. It works even better than my bed and has multiple options for body part, type of massage/vibration, heat, and strength of motion. It turns off after a half hour. It is kind of heavy for air travel but was great for a road trip. The only drawback is that it has hard bumps for the hardware.Generally, I am grateful I bought it.
