“Like other negative reviewers, I was very excited to get this product but incredibly let down by the actual performance. I bought it for my husband who has serious back pain and leg issues. The sad news is, it barely heats so there's no benefit there, and the massage (light vibration) cuts off after 15 minutes. I will be returning this in favor of a regular heating pad.”
“Love the heat and the massager is just vibration, but after a month, I am returning. The nodules that contain the massagers start cutting into your back, butt and legs, making it extremely uncomfortable to sit on and enjoy.”

It has lots of options for providing massage to different parts of the body and with varying intensity. The heat can be used with or without the massage component. The cover material is very soft and the unit is much more flexible that the one I previously owned. I have placed it on the recliner in our family room and use it every chance I can.
