“I wasn't sure if I'd like this mat as I usually find this kind of thing very irritating. I wouldn't call it a massage mat exactly...but more of a warm, relaxing vibration. It's soothing. I do find it helpful at the end of the day for unwinding before sleep. The pulsing vibrations are varied with several programs (5?) to choose from and I find the warmth to be just enough so that I don't feel overly heated if I have it in the bed. I like to lay it in the bed and turn on the heat function while I get ready for bed, that way it's warmed up when I'm ready to lay down. Takes care of that cold sheet problem in winter, too. I fall asleep on it frequently. If you're looking for a true massage product at home, this product is not for you. It's not going to give you any muscle manipulation, just a vibration and heat. Still, I find it very useful for what it is.”
