“It vibrates a lot, and is very loud as much as it may try to relax you the loud vibrating sound makes it impossible to relax, tried it and after I felt my head shaking, got a slight headache, don't know if it's because I'm not used to it yet... bummer, how about some soothing music if you are trying to sell this product or silent and advertising how massages can be expensive.. Please don't try to buy people into purchasing items and what is written on the package is not what you receive,, I am disappointed.I wouldn't have purchase this but since I have it i'll tolerate it for my money .. but I guess u get what you pay for although its still costly from purchasing to clearing and now using the item this is what I get for my money sigh... oh well ...”
“It basically just vibrates and it also heats up a little bit which is nice. I wanted something that did a little more then just vibration..the motors that give off the vibration are lumpy and hard. The material is nice though. I have back pain and I don't think that this is going to help me the way I wanted it to, but all In all, this is a good product and I would recommend it, It is relaxing.”
“I bought this mat hoping that it might be effective in helping me address some chronic pain issues. It did by helping my body to relax. The mat runs for 30 minutes at a time. Although I feel the pleasant vibration, it takes about 15 minutes for its maximum soothing to take effect and it does its magic. For the last fifteen minutes, my busy mind focuses on the mat's simple message: Relax. I do. I recommend this product and my cat does too.”
“Description says you can select from 5 modes and 4 body areas. I bought 2 and both auto cycle through the modes but you cannot select one mode and stay on it. You can select one or multiple areas of the body and have a constant vibration. That "overrides" the modes. However when you select a mode, it begins cycling through the modes 3 minutes per mode and is back to vibrating through all areas of the body, overriding the constant vibration on the areas of the body you selected.The description accurately states that the mat has 10 pads that vibrate. The pictures appears to have 14 pads that vibrate. It's a little misleading.Overall, though I gave it 4 stars because it does work nicely. I would have preferred the ability to stay on one mode while staying on selected areas of the body.Note: I contacted the seller to let them know the description was inaccurate, hoping they would correct it for future buyers and they provide a canned response "Thanks for getting in touch. We are sorry that our product did not meet your expectations. Since you have purchased this through TRAKK fulfillment you will have to contact TRAKK directly as long as it's within the 30 days period upon purchase." Sheesh.”
“I purchased two other massage mats before buying this one. This. Massage is much nicer than the other two. It has more padding making it softer so the vibrating devices don't one through as much. I have chronic acute back pain and this mat provides more relief. I use the mat almost continuously. The other two mats lasted about two months. I'll see how long this one lasts. If this Belmont mat lasts about anything close to that amount of time I will buy it again. It's the best so far. This mat is much more comfortable.”
