“- Heating is only in the feet area. I was disappointed as I hoped the entire blanket heated up.- I noticed the heated foot box doesn't heat up very much. Yep it is warm, but not anywhere near as hot as a cheaper heating pad.- If you need to use the bathroom, then getting in and out of this thing can be more trouble than a standard heated blanket. It kind of wraps around you and is a challenge to get into and out of the blanket burrito.- I wasn't too impressed with the vibration part of the foot box. It did vibrate, but felt like it used a smaller motor than necessary to vibrate feet.- The foot box can be separated from the blanket for cleaning. I think I'll use the soft blanket again, but not the heater/massager.”
“You slip into this cocoon and you're enveloped by a soft plush Sherpa lining from your waist on down to your feet. The lining will warm you but the business end of this product is in the feet. On the bottom there is a platform that both heats up and massages your feet with vibrations. The vibrations remind me of the old machines you used to find at amusement parks or fairs that you would stand on and put a quarter in to get a few minutes of vibrating action. I always liked those machines so I like this too.Using it is easy. You just slip into the wrap, zip up, and put your feet on the platform. Push the left button on the controller to start the heat at the Low (97 degrees F) level. Keep pressing for Med (127), High (135), and Off. Press the right button for massage - Low, Med, High, and Off. There is an auto shutoff after 2 hours heat and 15 minutes massage. There is a 9 foot cord attached to the controller, so you need to be close to an outlet to use this. The heat takes about 10 minutes to reach the highest temperature. The whole thing folds up for storage and has an attached elastic cord to keep it together while stored.The heat and vibrations feel nice but I wish the heat was a little warmer and the vibrations more intense, but it all feels good anyway. This impresses me as a nice product to curl up with near a firepit on a winter's night. I'm looking forward to using it then.”
“I got this mainly for my wife who is prone to cold in the colder months. We haven't quite gotten there yet, so she hasn't had too many opportunities to use it. It fits her well when she's sitting on the couch, and she says it's nice that it warms her feet. The "wrap" itself is soft enough, but it's not heated. The foot part is the only part that's heated. I suspect when we reach the colder months, this will get some use. My big issue is that it's not a very sophisticated or refined product for the price. It's okay. It will make my wife happy, so it gets 4 stars, but I wouldn't really recommend it at the price. And if you live in a very cool climate, the heating will likely not be enough for you.”
“I got this to help keep our youngest daughter warm during the fall and winter months, as we usually try to keep our home cool all year round. She is a cold-natured person in a hot-natured family, so she was excited to try this, particularly as we move into the cooler months. The plush material that makes up the lap and leg blanket portion is very soft, and nicely thick.There's a zipper on the side, which slides smoothly up and down, and is convenient for getting into and out of this calming cozy easily. The footbed has a massage option (which I guess is the “calming' part of this cozy combo). I like that the massage option could also help with foot circulation, and may be helpful for those with various issues with circulation and feeling chilled often.The temperature is easily adjusted from low, medium and high, although the plush fabric itself is quite warm. The temperature could be set and then turned off for a good while and one would likely still remain cozy under normal indoor circumstances. Our cold-natured daughter actually had to turn it off as she began feeling a bit too warm, which is impressive.The material of this is so nice, and it's quite cozy without being oppressive or too snug (although she's quite a small adult). I do expect this to last a good while, if my prior still working Sharper Image products are any indication of the projected longevity. This is kind of like a heated, wearable snug with a built-in massaging footrest/warmer. Thanks for reading.”
“I just opened my package on today (Thursday, 11/11). I ordered (2). I had to order one for me and the bubby. After opening the boxes, and unwrapping both, we had to try them out. I was not sure if I was going to fit inside because I am a plus sized woman. It worked fine. This massager is so comfortable. The vibration is good and the warm is just right. It starts from low to high and it will cut off after 2 hrs. I will consider this our spa time to relax. Just get all of your necessities before you get in because you will not want to get out to get anything. I am so glad I ordered this for our family and we plan on taking it on our mini vacation to share with our family. Great buy! Gotta go and get relaxed.”
“I bought the vibrating Sherpa Wrap and it turns out my family is using it more than me! Once I took the product out of the box I noticed that it was of very high quality. I put it on and was sending some emails when the kids got home from school and once they tried it they now fight over who gets to use it during homework! Keeps you warm and the foot vibration is super relaxing (perfect amount of vibration). It definitely gets used several times a day and the fact that you can plug it in vs. battery is super convenient. Buying more for Christmas presents!”
