TRAKK Massaging Heating Wrap Reviews

3.5 Rating 35 Reviews
Soft Material, a heating wrap designed for the lower half of your body; the massage is good for the feet and the heat is a bonus. It also offers auto shut off so if one drifts off to sleep no worry about getting overheated. 3 levels of heat and 3 levels of vibration for your preferred comfort make this perfect for anyone. Brings back memories of getting into a sleeping bag except sitting up! A magnificent gift for one's self, family, friends. A splendid gift to the grandparents!

Disappointed in the vibration unit. I thought it would be more of a massage that just a little vibration. Material is very soft and washable. Thinking of returning the Calming Cozy mermaid like tail. Also it's nearly impossible to zip unless you standing rather than sitting. Cord is not long enough.

I love the softness of this blanket, but wish they'd have considered taller people would order this, too. I'm about 6'2 and when my feet are on the base of the blanket where it vibrates, it barely comes up past my waist. Not ideal, but I guess it's better than not having the foot relief at all since I'm on mine all day.

This Calming Cozy was available to me through the TRAKK Vine program. The wrap is warm and cozy, and the heat feels good, especially on cold feet. That part is good. However, its “massage' is simply different levels of vibration, which does nothing for my feet. I don't care for the noise it makes either. My daughter tried it as well. She, too, liked the warm blanket, but was not overly impressed with its massage feature. I like that this blanket is washable. Remove the electric components first, and air dry. This product Is made in China.

What a wonderful device! I just received it today and I love it. It will keep you warm in the winter months and for the rest of the year the massage function will make you very relaxed. This is much better than I expected.

Product: Calming Cozy by Sharper Image Personal Sherpa Wrap with Electric Heating Massaging Vibrating Foot Bed, 3 Heat & 3 Massage Settings for 9 Relaxing CombinationsThis heating massage blanket is misleading or I did not understand the product clearly based on the description. As most massagers would, I assumed the blanket was heating blanket but it is not. It comes with an insert pillow at the bottom that has a heating element along with vibrator. The other issue is with massage feature, which more a vibrator under the feet that causes numbness after few minutes. As seen in picture from sound meter, the vibration is hormonic and one can see the high frequency, which is causing jarring numbness kind of feeling. Personally I feel it is not safe for use. The one thing I liked is the blanket bag that is soft and nice to use in winter, especially the bottom foot insert with cord comes out from the sack.

The theory behind this device is good, a heated blanket with a foot massager. Unfortunately this device doesn't offer a heated blanket or a decent foot massager. I followed the instructions and plugged in the device, set the desired heat temperature (high) and waited 15 minutes for the blanket to warm up. Then I ran in to my first major problem - getting in to the enclosed blanket while not stepping on the pad at the bottom. The instructions tell you not to stand on the pad but how do you wrap it around yourself without standing on it? I tried a couple of different ways with no luck, a definite safety issue as I dang near fell down a couple of times before resigning myself to the fact that you have to stand on the pad to get the blanket portion around your butt area. And even though they tell you to not stand on the pad, their third video shows a person standing on the pad in order to get it on. Then came the second disappointment - no real heat. I falsely assumed that the blanket was heated, it's not. Only the foot pad is heated and it not heated very much. Even on "high" I could barely detect any heat. Then the third disappointment - the massager. To use the phrase "massaging vibration" is a stretch. It vibrates but again, not enough to matter especially considering the fact that you're not supposed to step on the pad. Without putting significant weight on the pad you don't get any "massage" action, just an annoying vibration. Another item I forgot to mention at the beginning: the cord isn't long enough. I had to use an extension cord to be able to sit in my recliner. The biggest issue for me was the safety aspect: you can't get in the contraption without stepping on the pad and they tell you not to step on the pad. Very poor design. Very surprised that Sharper Image would market this product. Not recommended.
