“If you're currently using a tennis ball, just stop. Stop immediately and buy this. I use it for plantar fasciitis, and I'm spellbound after simply trying it willy-nilly and not actually getting into it. This does not flex under pressure of my instep. It's naturally cool already but the options to cool and warm up are enticing albeit not yet something I've attempted or felt the need to attempt so far. I took it out of the little nonslip, hard silicone base because it was too nonslip for me. I could see how it would be handy though in different usages than my own. I love it.”
“Bought this to replace another one we had that had broken. The broken one had a handle and made it hard to get good pressure. THIS DOES NOT HAVE THAT ISSUE! It is amazing and does both cold and warm. Easy to use and stays cold for a long time. Wish I had bought one like this a long time ago!”
“While I truly liked the concept, this was very large and cumbersome. I have very large hands, but overall this was too big to use. And it was WET!!! the condensation on the metal ball amounted to a LOT of water - on my clothes, on my skin - I would not recommend using this without a towel to mop up all the water created. Overall I do not use this and wish I had not purchased it.”
“Bought this as a gift for my athlete/LMT boyfriend and he LOVES it. Puts it the freezer nightly, takes it with him during the day, still cold when he gets home in the eve. Uses on his legs after running, but primarily on forearms and elbow tendinitis. I have used for plantar Fasciitis.”
“Bought this for my boyfriend, but I've been using it too. Great product, ball moves within the “socket' smoothly, stays cold for a really, REALLY long time and you're able to pinpoint problem areas easier than I thought with it. I recommend! I just wish they had a “heat option' with it, like a heat ball you can switch out with the cold one in the device so you can have the options of hot and cold rolling relief :)”
