“Decent product, but not executed too well. Once the ball is frozen, it doesn't glide around on your skin as advertised. The ball gets frosty, and doesn't move freely in the housing. That being said, if you just want to hold it in place over one area, it works fine for that.”

“I like the idea of this tool, but it hasn't worked quite the way I'd hoped. It tends to get a frost buildup when removed from the freezer as the humidity in the air freezes on it, which makes it scrape on the plastic as you use it, and further promotes a tendency to make it feel coarse on skin. It's also a little noisy, which isn't a big deal but I was expecting it to be silent with the bearing-like design.Most importantly, though, I've used it as directed and as affirmed by my orthopedist to no avail. Feels good briefly, but no difference after 3-4 weeks on the trouble area.”

“Im dealing with painful joint pain and tendonitus. Ice packs are ok but lose their cool pretty quick. This thing lasts forever. Like the candy in Charlie and the Chocolate factory last for ever. As a test I would use it for a half hour and leave it out in room temp then use it again and its just as cold as when I first used it. In fact I left it out and tried it hours later and still it was cold. Added benefit is the massaging ball portion. Im very happy I got this and I bet you will be too!”
