TRAKK Cryo Ball Reviews

Worth it. It's worth it. Do it. It's worth it. I have a chronic pain condition which leads to stumbles and such which cause acute injuries and pain. I was sick of having a freezer full of ice packs that lost their temperature quickly. This thing is AMAZING. Zero regrets.

Bought it for my husband who had a hip replacement. His leg still hurts even after 8 months. It works well, even though it's a bit heavy and you have to have good size hands to hold it. I use it too, just for general massage and good to get blood flowing.

The cryo ball is great for muscle recovery and easing inflammation. It's a little difficult to use on my own for reaching certain areas like back muscles, but overall I recommend this for anyone who works out and/or has stressed muscles that need to recover. It's better than dealing with an ice pack.

Amazing! I bought it for my husband for Christmas. He has lower back problems and I thought it would help for evenings after work. One piece of advice when freezing the ball, take it out of the holder. Only freeze the ball. I ended up buying an additional one for my dad. It has been awesome, I have even used it. Great for back aches, shoulders, arms, legs etc... keeps cold (freezing cold) for hours. If your looking for something to help ease pain and aches and that will last longer than average ice pack. This is it!

I was very skeptical about this roller before ordering it. I get sport massages weekly and have an expensive japanese massage chair that I use often. But in between real massages I realize my arch has some discomfort and my IT band continued to get inflamed. My therapist recommended a trigger release ball or something to use in between our sessions. When I found this product I was worried the reviews looked too good to be true, but I can say without a doubt while accounting the price this roller - THIS IS one my favorite sport therapy items EVER!First up the good:The casing screws together to holds the ball in a manner that it can move in all directions flawlessly. The sphere once frozen overnight will hold temperature for a long time (over an hour). I used it for 30 minutes straight and it was still frosting over. I couldn't see anyone needing it longer than an hour, but I didn't test it beyond that point. The cold therapy paired with a solid object allows you to work out any bunched up muscle issues and decrease inflammation quickly. The only item requiring improvement:The base is a little small, it's perfect for holding and rolling over problem areas but its not stable enough to maintain its position on the ground. While using in it's ground configuration the base constantly rolls over itself. To the manufacture - if they provided two bases, one for the ground, one for hand holding, this would be perfect and worthy of 5 stars.Great product overall, and well worth the price! Start your healing now.

I ordered this for frozen shoulder and tendonitis in my shoulder. It works well and stays cold. I haven't tested the six-hour claim, but it definitely stays cold long enough for me to get good use out of it. One thing to note -- before I bought it, I was under the impression that it was a vibrating unit for some reason. The manufacturer does NOT make this claim, and I'm not sure how that would work with a unit that goes in the freezer. So I'm not offering that comment as a knock on the manufacturer at all -- just a point for other customers to be aware of (and possibly a suggestion for future products!).
