“I honestly didn't know what to expect with this, in a way I was thinking, "What difference will this be compared to an ice pack" for example. Something about it just seems to penetrate the surface of your skin but actually go deep down and 9/10 times, it helps soothe my soreness and aching pain within a few minutes, especially when you move it around in circular motions. It's magical, to say the least and not just another "ice pack" by all means.”
“I love this product. I bought it for my plantar fasciitis and it really makes a difference. I also use it on sore muscles after working out and it really helps. I use this product at least a couple of times a week. It stays really cold for hours so I can even freeze it then bring it to work and use it during lunch and it's still ice pack level cold. “I ordered this product not becuase I have any pain but because I now suffer from horrible hot flashes and most products for hot flashes only remain cold for a short period of time. When I read that this remains cold for 6 hours I decided why not give it a try. Well after receiving it yesterday, I placed it into the freezer for 2 hours. After that it was such a relief for me to have something stay cold enough for me to use for these hot flashes as long as this did. “This is a very handy gadget. I keep it in my freezer. It's perfect after a workout, I have tennis elbow so this helps reduce the swelling and it just feel really good after wight lifting. I got the larger size it's easy to hold onto and roll it over the sore spots. I imagine its great for other areas to reduce swelling and just feel good. I would recommend one for your freezer!”
“Wife wanted this for after practice/bouts. She's a roller derby queen. Now, understand, she's a solid 140lbs., 5'6". She gets home after practice and has me roll her hamstrings as hard as I can... “I bought this thing on a bit of a whim after seeing an add for it, but wish I had comparison shopped first. $40 is pretty steep when you see what you actually get for that much.Also, the ball is pretty stiff when you take it out of the freezer and doesn't roll very well.Overall, it isn't bad, but should be half the price IMO.”
