“Very easy to use and wont strain you hands like some other products. You can remove the ball and use in place of a foam roller, however it's a bit difficult to keep control of when using it that way. You cant heat it at all for heat therapy, but that's a minor issue to me. Its filled with some kind of "cooling gel," and it always seems cold to skin, even without keeping it in the freezer. Would recommend”
“Got this for my athlete son who always has aches and pains. Although the ball does freeze up, and does work to ice areas with massage, for $40 I was expecting the container to be a bit better. The plastic feels cheap and doesn't hold well in your hand to do the massage-feels like it could break at any time. For the price, I just expected it to be higher quality. Wouldn't spend this much on this item.”
