“Purchased one for myself as I had some tendinitis at the top of my hamstring. A bit challenging to use there but I do so when watching TV on the couch. Not having to deal with the leaky moisture from ice packs nor the stiff shape of a frozen moisture-free pack is key. This thing rolls easily on the skin surface. I was introduced to this from my chiropractor who used it on me. When he did it stung a bit as it kind of stuck to my skin as he used but I have not had that problem at all.We purchased an additional one for our massage therapist who travels to peoples home. A PERFECT gift for him as now he can do some of that hot/cold treatment even when he is away from his home office! This thing really stays really cold for several hours.”
“Wow! This cold massage ball is amazing! I am a marathon runner and have foot pain and plantar fasciitis. I've tried many things. A tennis ball is usually my go-to remedy, but since it's not cold it doesn't work as well and always rolls away. This ball is in a holder so it can't roll away on the floor if you're sitting on the couch watching TV. It also works well on the shins. Twist the top to open, take ball out, put the ball in the freezer, and when ready to use it, just roll your pain away! This is very sturdy and well-made. Highly recommend!”

Sadly it pinches you like on a foot it's fine no skin to pinch but other places my girlfriend just got frustrated and upset cuz if you tilt to much at all it ends with a nasty pinch SADLY again I forgot to return it and I am out 45$ now definitely not worth it”
