“After a 49 mile bike ride, my ball felt amazing on my knees and hamstrings. It made me feel so much better. I use it after long runs too on my quads and glutes/lower back.”
“The cryro sphere of far better than any ice bag or cold gel pack for relieving pain. With this sphere you can apply as much or little pressure on the sore area. The ball stays cold for hours. It's almost too cold straight out of the freezer. I let it sit for about 15 min to warm up.”
“Love the concept of combining old fashion ice therapy with old fashion massage therapy! Easy to use just about anywhere on the body! Maybe you guys can invent an extension to be able to reach the back, kind of like a back scratch or selfie stick which folds. Obviously, it would have to be sturdy enough to withstand the weight of the Cryosphere and the pressure while massaging ones back. Otherwise, I love this Magic Ball!!!”
“I ruptured my ACL, and have never been the same since. This thing works! I was a little skeptical at first, but after reading reviews I decided to try it out! Hands down, so happy I did! It's a game changer! It really helps with inflammation! It's a must get!”
“This is way more convenient and less messy than an ice pack and feels great. I find it really helps with inflammation in my arms and calves, but I use it pretty much anywhere. I bought a second one for work so I wouldn't have to take it back and forth. It really does stay cold for 6 hours (in my air-conditioned office). I have another brand also, but the ball is smaller and doesn't stay cold for as long. Highly recommend!”
“Helps relieve soreness caused by two spur in my right foot. This is much better than using a recycled water bottle filled with ice, which is messy when ice starts to thaw, causing condensation. I use with a pair of thin socks, I find it too intense with bare foot on the ball itself. After each use I remove from the housing and wash the ball, dry, wrap in small towel then replace back into the freezer. Note: Do Not leave in plastic housing and place in freezer. Place only the ball alone into the freezer.”
