“I bought this massage gun a few months ago, and I fully charged it as the instructions say to, and stored it away until I needed it. Well I finally needed it and it was dead. “That's weird†I thought, so I went to recharge it, thinking maybe my husband used it and drained the battery. It's fully charged. So I go to turn it on and it works maybe 2 minutes and then shuts down. I recharge it again, but it says it's fully charged, so I go to turn it on and same thing, works maybe 2 minutes and stops working. It's a dud. Waste of money! horrible product.”
“Product has been used a few times. Now charged but will not come on. Green light on showing fully charged. Take off charger and flip switch and nothing happens. No response from pushing buttons either. Please help”
“Very disappointed that TRAKK would allow this item to be sold here. When it arrived I followed the instructions on charging it. When I tried to turn it on, it did nothing. So I sent it back got a replacement. The replacement didn't even come in a manufacture box. It was just in an TRAKK box. I tried it out and also nothing. Complete garbage, both items didn't even work, and the replacement already looked used as well. Please give me my money back. Avoid this brand and please TRAKK, remove this trash.”
