“Used a different gun from this same brand sparingly for two years, and now it only works when plugged in. Contacted customer service, they asked for my order number. When I gave it to them, they just said "Your order has expired." I emailed again asking if there is any way to have it repaired, they just said "It is broken and can't be repaired". I mean, literally, their emails were 4 and 7 words each.Horrible customer service. I suggest you purchase a different brand.”
