“My son was going to have surgery for his rotator cuff.....tons of pain, could barely move or use his arm. I used my bullet gun on him and left it with him for a week. Reluctantly he used it...and...it helped, so I let him pick out this double-headed one for himself and within 2 weeks his arm and shoulder are fine. If he gets a flare-up, he has his machine to fix it. So, no surgery is needed and he doesn't think I am as much of a health nut as he thought......as now he is rethinking some doctor-ordered stuff that could have been fixed years ago, with something as basic as this massage machine.”
“Used two charges. Seems to work well. You get in what you put in.Unreal how my calves stung while using it! Settled down but had to sneak up on them:)Active Triathlete training over 100 miles a week of swing, bike & run.”
“Okay wow! I'm very shocked with how well this one works compared to my old one. This is my third time buying a massage gun due to me giving my other one away or it breaking. I didn't wanna break the bank with buying one but I still wanted a ton of power and I must say this is the one! This one is super easy to use as well! The heads don't get stuck while changing them out like other ones I had in the past did. I would highly recommend this one!”
“I got this percussion massager primarily for my wife. She often gets sore muscles in her back. I used the massager on the lowest setting. She said it helped although the second time I used it she said she was sore. I may have went to long.I watched a couple videos that showed trainers using one before a workout. I work out regularly so I used it prior to my workout to stimulate the muscle groups I was working that day. Could be in my head but it seemed to help. Kind of like a warm up before the exercise. The unit is fairly easy to use. It's a little heavy so your hand might get tired when you are using it for vertical motion. When using it horizontally (like on the top of my legs) you basically let the weight of the unit do the work. I did find that it would occasionally start bouncing when I would use it on a firmer surface such as a shoulder blade or spine so be careful when in those areas. The other issue I has is that sometimes the control that increased or decreased the levels was not responsive. You have to press them just right. They are membrane type buttons rather than a mechanical button so you don't really get any feedback when pressing them. The case is a very nice hard case that holds all the attachments and the charger. It does have a very strong and unpleasant chemical smell however. The battery like seems to be very good. I've used it 5 times already and the battery indicator is still at 99 (the highest it goes). The unit is also very quiet. You can use it while watching TV and you want have any problem hearing the TV.The manual is tiny. I literally had to use a magnifying glass to read it. It is poorly translated from Chinese. You would be better off watching videos.”
