“I used the massage gun for five minutes right after I received it. I went on vacation. I took it back out when I needed it again and the unit did not work. I had similar issues to what has been reported in the question section. It will not work or charge. I contacted the seller and they told me because I didn't immediately charge it, I destroyed the battery. There were no instructions in the kit that mentioned the need to charge it immediately upon arrival. I now have a dead unit and can not get a replacement.”

“The battery life lasts for a while, the pouch comes in handy and if you know what you are doing, the double head really helps to alleviate the pain. Just let it do the work, DO NOT apply pressure.”
