“The actual box for the massager was damaged inside the shipping box, I immediately thought the worst. However, no damaged was found. We got this for my wife who seems to always have Lowe Back aches. We put it together and charged it up and she fell in love with it. It's really easy to use and easy to handle with only one hand. We also really wanted one that was battery powered, no chord to mess with. The battery lasts quite a bit, and you will get a few massages out of it before it needs charged. It's fairly quiet, but still makes noise (it's and electric motor that's vibrating so it can only be so quiet). We have only used one attachment by several come with. This is a pretty neat product that works great for minor muscle aches.”
