“I am getting neck and shoulder pains lately. I like the shape and material. It wraps around my shoulder and you can tie around your waist for maximum contact. It's wired. Wired has it's pros and cons. You don't need to worry about the battery life but it restricts you from moving around. Overall, it helps with my pain and I am satisfied.”
“My elderly cousin was always cold and has painful shoulders. This pad has been in constant daily use on the cold days and she is so happy with it that I just wish I had bought it earlier !”
“Full coverage for your back, neck and shoulders. Lightweight and comfortable. Has 3 heating levels. My job is pretty strenuous and this heating pad comes in handy for my aching body. Snaps around the shoulders and ties at the waist securely. Folds up nicely for storage.”
“Love it. Very soft to wear and sits nicely on neck and shoulders. Level 1 heat is strong enough usually. Only issue I had was the seam on the back of the neck has separated. Does not affect performance but it will need to be fixed so it doesn't rip further.”
“Super for neck upper back and lower back. No issues except you are snapped and tied into this and the electrical plug so not easy to get up and around quickly.”
“This is one of the nicer heating pad products I have used. I predominantly have issues with my shoulders and lower back, and with most heating pads I have to choose between which one of these areas I can apply heat to. This product solves that by being able to wrap around the shoulder as well as continue down the full length of my back. The controller is easy to use and the heat is very good for sore muscles and is also nice to use after being outside on a cool evening. I recommend this product.”

UPDATE: I still recommend it for price $20, if it is > $25 look for something else. I saw another $30 alternative that suits my need better:I ordered more, and one of item I received is a clear return. Shipped in a TRAKK green (if you ever purchased an TRAKK used) product. It has Kohl's return label in it. It looks like they just ship out a return as new. Which is unacceptable! The cables were untied and the worst the brace no longer charge or turn on. Which is useless (I would not ).After a period of usage, my mom reports to me of the brace sliding off the knee. We suspect it is because of that middle plastic protective area and the fact the display is located in the bottom instead of top so it slides downward.... This makes the massager a item for standing / laying down only which beats my point. For above two reason, I deducted 2 stars from my original review.I do not get paid for it. This is a unbias review sharing for great thing and hope this helps you.I bought this for my mom. She has chronic knee pain. So I saw this was on sale about 20 bucks. I bought a pair for it to try. Which I am glad I do as my mom feels really well about it.The material looks sturdy. Like the shield for extra protection. Might be a minus for you depend on your taste. The nylon has a polish look and soft material and lining. Heat up fast.I operated out of box without reading manual. Very intuitive. I like lcd panel for reading temperature. The battery is 5000mah which I have no other product to comepare with and this is decent size for me.One thing I don't like is I cannot tell battery percentage during use. It will beeps around 5% ask you to charge but I find no way to check during use(correct me if I'm wrong). I could see the battery percentage very quickly for 1s when I charge it.I love the product it makes my mom happy with her knee condition. Some of my standard for pick:1. Quality of material (good nylon you can tell by look)2. Lcd or touch panel this kinds of go with quality. Input cost is higher for these so assumption is manufacturing don't spend the input cost on making cheap products3.battey life (no data to compare again, general rule for me is 1 and 2 implies 3 battery life is goodNot holding bias but I have not find another product of the 3above comes close to the price range of 20 even 30. There was one I saw with touch panel instead of lcd and without the hard plastic brace cover which will also be good if you don't like the hard brace.Hope this helps!!”
