The heat is good - not too hot so you want to turn it off. It does wonders for my mum and my back pain. 5 stars!! I did buy it again for myself after she raved about it.”
“Bought this as an Xmas gift for my elderly dad who has arthritis. I tried it to make sure it worked. Wow! Heats up well, covers such a large area, and gets the shoulders and back of the neck. It is so soft and easy to use. It looks extremely well made. Plus it is huge and shaped for that area. No more moving around a small heating pad to get relief. I like the 90 min. auto shut-off too. This was maybe 5 dollars more than the heating pads I've been looking at locally here, but much better value considering all of these excellent features.”
