It has a closure at the front shoulder area and also has two ties you can fasten around your waist if you want to get up and move around a bit. The cord is approximately 95†long so it's very generous.The fabric is so soft. It is almost like a thick velour that's very pleasing to the touch.It heats up quickly and has three heat settings. There is an automatic shutdown at 1.5 hours so there's no worry about falling off to sleep.I would recommend this large wearable heating pad for anyone who needs a reliable and safe heating pad. “I have horrible knee pain. This seems to be helping. I've had it for less then a day.The heat and vibration are very nice!! I run cold like the Arctic.I wish the timer lasted more than 30 minutes. I know I am not supposed to use it for longer than that, but I definitely do!The only thing that concerns me is that with more use the cords will disconnect from each other and then I will have to deal with them not being able to connect to each other. And this is a future me problem, I can only hope that these will last a good year before I have to worry about it!”

I was in the search of something other than a using my electric mini heater fan next to me everyday to keep me warm in the fall /winter months as I tend to get cold spells sometimes and was so glad to have ordered this fantastic heating vast pad .It literally takes a few minutes to heat up while using the highest level 3 option. And it never overheats but gives you a constant continuous stream of COMFORTABLE Warmth all over . I like to put it on my front side rather than the back as I warm up quicker than on my back . Now I also use it occasionally on my back when I just want to relax my back muscles from a long day and it works like a charm .This is absolutely everything the above â¬†ï¸ description states . This pad has a large mechanical selector switch. The large button should make it easier for those with dexterity problems to select their preferred temperature setting. I found it very easy to move the switch up and down. There is a display for the level chosen but the position of the switch is also an indicator of what setting has been chosen.The pad stays in place on the back as it has a fastener at the collar. When the collar is fastened, the pad will not slide down when sitting. In addition there is a waist strap for added stability. My wife really liked this feature. It has three heat settings; low, medium and high. My wife found the best setting for her was the medium setting but that will depend on user preference. She did state that the high setting was uncomfortably warm for her.This vest like heating pad is well made with comfortable plush material. The control switch is a bit stiff to slide up and down but it will likely loosen up with use.”
“I've been really happy with this heating pad. I spend most of my day at a computer, so by the end of the work day my shoulders are super tight. My RMT was recommending that I use a heating pad over the shoulders after work and this has been perfect for that! You'll still need to regularly stretch and make sure that you're staying physically active, but this has been a great way to supplement all of that to help me with my shoulder tightness and pain. The pad itself is very plush and has a nice fleecy material all over it. This heats up quickly and has heating elements over the shoulders and across the back as well. With the button and tie off, this stays securely on the body and provides a good amount of heat too. I like that the plug for the controller power can detach from the heating vest for easier storage. Overall this isn't the cheapest heating pad on the market, but you really do get what you pay for! If you don't mind the price, you'll be happy with this. 100% would recommend!”
“I bough this for my wife. When the item arrived on 07 December 2021 it looked like it was a reliable product. My wife has used it maybe a dozen times and on 24 Feb, it stopped working. The return period (04 Feb 2022) has lapsed and cannot get a replacement or refund. So, I've invested in a $50.88 piece of junk. I DO NOT recommend this product at all!”
