“just got this today so have no idea on durability. but initial impression is very good. works just fine and as advertised. Wife was using a heating pad on an arthritic knee. Was awkward to use and she likes this much better. only reason I gave it only four stars is I have no idea about durability. However, for the money it seems very well made and good quality. “I have been using this almost everyday since I received it. I have deteriorating disc disease in my neck, and it causes numbness in my arm down to my fingers.I take medication for it twice a day but using this helps with when the medication starts waring off, plus is relaxes a lot of the muscles. I almost fell asleep the first time I used it, it relaxed me so much!Definitely recommend this!!”
