The heat is very low and i wasnt a huge fan of not being able to take the covering off and wash that, it would be much more convenient if it could

My wife and I really like the way it stays in place and does all areas at once on the back and neck.

Full body heating pad. I purchased a new one within minutes of the new puppy chewing through the cord of the last one. Suffer from back, neck, shoulder pain from driving a truck. I love this thing and recommend to anyone

This knee brace wrap works great for me. It's easy to use and definitely relieves my knee pain. Highly recommend for anyone with knee problems. I would rate it 4.75 stars if I could, really no complaints (I don't rate anything 5 stars!) :).

Heating pad comes in a nice box with a handle.Inside is the heating pad and a manual that is in French and English. There is mention of a 3 year warranty in the manual.Heating pad is nice and soft. You can feel the wires in the pad, but it's not overly noticeable. At the shoulders of the pad they've added beads to make sure the pad is held down on your shoulders when worn. There are three fasteners to adjust the pad when you wear it.The description says they are magnetic fasteners, but they are just regular plastic ones you press together to lock.Controls work fine. When turning it on a blue LED will shine above the number it is set.Heating pad has a automatic off that's around 1.5hrs, after which it turns off and the blue LED starts blinking. The temperature range for the heat pad might vary between users.Product's manual labels 113℉-158℉ or 45C-70C.The TRAKK product description labels 86℉-122℉ or 30C-50C.Using an Infrared Thermometer I picked up about 48C-58C between the different settings so it falls somewhere between the two.Using a thermal imager, the outside of the heating pad can gets around 43C.The heat provided by the heat pad is mostly uniform, a bit less hotter around the shoulders.Overall a good product for those cold winter days.

The heat pad works really well, it heats up easily, there are 3 heat settings and the temperature can get really warm. The material is soft and plush and overall it's comfortable. What I don't like is how big and bulky it is, so I'm using it on my front instead of on my back. The remote itself is also quite big and would have been nice if it worked through usb instead of a plug. Other than that I'm really liking it so far and would be great for the winter.

The main advantage to this heating pad compared with typical ones is that you do not have to hold it in place. This heating pad is like a jacket with no front. Everything between the neck and lower back is kept nice and warm. There are three fasteners at the neck area which allow for a better fit. There is also a tie around similar to those on dressing gowns. The controls are very easy to use with three heat settings. The heating pad gets warm very quickly. It also cools down quite quickly so you do not have to wait long before you can put it away. It is certainly not very glamorous, but I do appreciate not having to hold it against my back.I found it reasonably comfortable to wear, certainly no worse than a typical heating pad. The fabric is wonderfully soft to the touch. Being able to wash it is most definitely an advantage. I also like that it has over-heat protection. I am not sure how often I will use this. Nevertheless, I am so happy I have it.
