“Be prepared when you start. This can be very intense. Start on the lowest setting, make sure you hydrate. I only used it twice a week for the first 2 weeks and then went to 3 days a week. I wouldn't recommend using them every day as you will get muscle fatigue and cramping. But you can feel it from day 1. Worth the money, just don't think you are tough and can "take it". Start slow and build up.”
