“This item gets one star for quality construction -- it's lightweight, well padded, sturdy and comfortable to wear.Another star because it gets the job done. It provides comfort and relaxation, and the heated element adds a nice touch.However, I'm taking off 3 stars because the negatives for me far outweigh the points above. The massage motors are loud and, though I could live with that, the dealbreaker is the woodpecker-style taps that make me jump every time they come up, which is quite often, seemingly without purpose. That tapping is unnerving to me and completely undoes the relaxation I otherwise derive from the use of this product. I've used it twice before going to sleep and will never use it again because that darned tapping just kills the whole effect for me. Sadly, the company charges a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping, so I'll try to unload it some other way. Another product that could be great but defeats itself in the execution. Sigh.”
“I really like how it feels, especially the heat. It is a bit loud though so I am not sure how much the sleep function would help. Overall, I am really liking it so far!”
