“This is among the top very best I've tried over the years (and I've tried a lot). Extremely easy to heat and insert. The heat lasts an incredibly long time (an hour for sure, probably longer). Highly recommend. Fine for one foot or two. Takes about 15 minutes to heat ... and it has a red light that goes off when it's ready. Really fabulous and so well engineered.”
“I purchased this and loved it. After two months it stopped heating to a high capacity, just warm at most and for maybe an hour at that. Sent it back and they replaced it free of charge. The new one lasted maybe 4 months before doing the same thing. I loved the idea of no cords and how it stayed warm for hours.....but that was short lived, very disappointing. I doubt they will replace again.”
“I had bought this product for my brother for his birthday because it is usually very cold in his house due to keeping it at a low temperature which causes the terrible case of cold feet. It takes it 15 minutes to completely charge with a 5-hour battery life (not too bad). The product was extremely comfy because I tried it for myself lol. Worth the money.”
“This thing is a lifesaver! I have perpetually cold feet (and hands). Like, freezing cold. No matter how many socks I put on, they are still cold. In the past I have used a back heating pad. But it's a pain to plug in, and when I use it at bedtime, it makes the bed way too hot. I found the Happy Heat when I was looking for something cordless. It is perfect!! I love that it heats up really quickly. And because it's a water bottle, when I slip my feet into the pouch, the bag conforms to my feet and warms every inch. I can take it to any room that I'm in, I love that. The heat lasts for hours. I have been using it while I watch TV at night, and my feet stay toasty. Then I bring it to the bedroom and pop my feet in it right before getting under the covers. I am sleeping so much better without cold feet!I wish I could drain the water, simply to make it easier to pack for travel. But I'm just going to put it in my backpack, because I'm not going to a cold place without this thing!”
“My Happy Heat Electric Feet Warmer broke after 3 months! The wire no longer heats up the coil that's attached to the bag. I thought this would last longer but it's not durable. However it is comfortable and easy to use. It's not a fire hazard. When it worked, it did provide warm to the feet, but the heat didn't last that long. The bag needed to be reheated every 2 hours. After that, the bag becomes mildly warm. Considering it only lasted 3 months at such a high price, I don't recommend it.Update: Dec 2020. As an alternative, I suggest purchasing an electric throw from Costco and drape it over your legs and feet. You can also wear wool socks. This method has kept my feet warm and I was able to move my legs and feet around under the throw and change positions. This is much more convenient than being stuck in one position with my feet inserted inside the Happy Heat Electric Feet Warmer for hours. Happy Trails!Update: March, 2021. The idea of using an electric blanket instead of the Happy Heat Electric Feet Warmer has been working very well for me for the last 4 months! Unlike the Feet Warmer, the blanket hasn't failed or stop working. Everyday, I drape my feet and my legs with it and it has kept me warm ALL winter! A plus has been that I can move and relocate my feet and legs to different positions under the blanket. With the Happy Heat Electric Feet Warmer, I was stuck with my two feet in the same position everyday! That became a nightmare because I got tired of always being in one position. I hope you will consider this as alternative.”
“I've only had Happy Heat for a day and a half, but if anything happened to it I would kill everyone in this room and then myself. For real though, I have cold feet and hands (reynaud's) and this thing is a life saver. Wow I didn't think it would be so convenient. It heats up quickly and stays hot. Ugh I love it so much- how have I gone all these years without it?”
“My feet get very cold due to mere damage. Socks and slippers don't help at all. This thing heats up, and stays warm. That said, if you put your full weight on your feet, it does get VERY hot. Maybe use a washcloth or barrier. I use it all in my recliner and it hangs off my elevated feet and is perfectly toasty.”
