“It was great upon arrival, the plush pillow was soft, cushy and well made the unit charged fast and was hot to the touch kept my feet very warm. Unfortunately after 1 month of owning and using maybe 2-3 times per week the unit doesn't get nearly as hot as it did on day 1. Very disappointed I wanted to love this item. I wish there was a support option so the water bottle could be troubleshooter or replaced. This was an expensive item for it to stop working effectively so soon after purchase.”
“My wife use to fill up the plastic tank with hot water to put her feet in. Now she just uses this. After 10 minutes of charging it's warmed up and ready to go. I use for circulation in my feet and it seems to help. Very safe and simple to use. I flip the charging port over so it's on the bottom when you put your feet on it. Overall, very happy with the warmer.”

“Could be even better if the company provides an extra cover(soft but thick) to enclose the hot bag for use in the bed. Heats up very quickly and stays hot to warm for a long time. Extra cover would make this heat pad extremely useful. Good construction. This eliminates the use of hot water bag where you have to boil the water and fill the bag.”
