I stopped using it.In addition, I bought this with a promotion that I would receive a free massage ball from lifepro within a month or so of my purchase. It is now 10 months later and I still have not received this free gift, a $20 value. I have written several email notes and called ; the response from Lifepro was apologetic and they would then promise to send my gift but 10 months later and I still have not received it. False promises. I would stay away from this business.”
