“First off I will say this product does work well on tight muscles. In saying that the design of the on/off and speed control button is quite poor. The button should have been slightly recessed or have the ability to lock as it will change the speed when you roll over it. I am surprised they would release this product like this as it took me about 20 seconds to discover this flaw. I will most likely keep it however as it does help but is very annoying.”
“I love the levels of vibration. It does exactly what I bought it for. I have 2 bits of criticism: the ball is a little too big and the button can get pressed by the floor if you have the ball underneath you.”

“I purchased the item to relief some of the pain in my back. The message works great when you hold it in your hand but unfortunately the poor design with the on/off power switch that it constantly turns off while trying to actually use it. When you lay down in it and begin messaging the design area by rolling back and forth it keeps turning off. Hope this helps but until they fix the on/off switch I would recommend a definite style message.”
“From exercising on a elliptical and treadmill for many years I periodically get sore muscles and the agility vibrating ball works very well at self-myofascial release. Another added benefit is while working on the muscles the ball gets warm to aide in muscle relaxation. I was always using a foam roller in the past but the agility vibrating ball does a better job at targeting the sore spots on your muscles.”
