“wasn't sure what to expect, people said no roller action, but they are right this is all pressure method and all I can say it totally relaxes me and actually puts me to sleep. This hits every point in my hand/fingers and wrist. My wrist hurts daily to work on the computer which I work in the industry but doing one of these sessions I'm good for a few days!”
“I bought it for my father nearing 70 as he was in severe and constant pain from carpal tunnel syndrome which was beginning to impact his daily life. It made him feel better immediately after first use. He not only uses this machine everyday but is dependent on it to go about his daily routine without pain. I would have given it five stars but I deducted 1 star due to its rather short battery life and the inability to use the machine while charging. I further deducted an additional star because the compression glove included in the purchase is not in the box but supposedly mailed out to you after they make you go through hoops and whitles: you need to provide your name, address, TRAKK order ID #, and leave product reviews on their website and more. Yeah, I know. This was months ago and I still didn't get the glove yet so that was totally worth it.Edit after 8 months: I'm updating my initial rating to 2 stars from 3 as it's been 8 months without the compression glove promised to me after making me jump through hoops with private information on something that I should have gotten out of the box in the first place! The seller not wishing to correct this led me to update the review.”
“I am 58 and female. I have not used long enough for complete survey. I love it after 5 days of use. I work with hands all day in construction field. My hands are always aching. After reviewing a lot of these hand machines I decided to go with this one. NO REGRETS so far. the only thing I would change is somekind of cloth or cotton glove since you cannot remove inside cover. I am using disposable gloves at this moment. Also at this price point it should come with the plug to use with its cord ( don't understand that one ). I would definetly buy again.”
“I just bought this product I used it for a few minutes. It alternates to different pressure points on your wrist and hands . It adds a vibration and heat feature, it's subtle the instruction book gives you advice on how to increase heat if you desire it. The company emailed me to make sure everything was ok and to ensure me that they will be there for me no matter what ( and that was on the day it arrived). I think that is a nice touch most companies do not bother once your money goes to them. I think this product will be great for my hands the air massage compression is nice I like the preset availability and the intensity levels. It's nice to be able to get some relief without having to pay or ask someone else to massage your hands and to have it in the comfort of your own home. I would do the other star rate features but I only just received the product.”
“Ordered this product for my wife to hopefully replace/augment my personal hand massaging responsibilities; however both of us tried this "massager" and were pretty let down. First, this product doesn't really massage your hand at all, it just applies pressure. To best describe the feeling this product gives, think about when they strap on the blood pressure machine. It just applies pressure, there are no rollers or anything that would actually massage your hand. After you're done with it your hand looks like it was run over by a pizza dough docker (look it up and you'll know). Second, it isn't great for people with bigger hands, since I got it primarily for my wife it was able to accommodate her hand, but again it doesn't actually massage anything. For the price point it is very expensive for what you actually get. (Un)fortunately I will have to resume my daily hand massages. The optional features such as heating and vibration would be nice if it actually massaged your hands, but since it just applies pressure the vibration doesn't really serve a purpose nor does it really enhance the experience. Overall the product falls flat and is not worth the money if your looking for an actual hand massage. Judging on comments its seems people with arthritis enjoy it because the pressure must provide relief, but it seems like nobody who actually wants a hand massage is satisfied. I would not purchase or recommend. I have begun proceeding to return this product.”
“I got this massager for my wife, who has zero negative arthritis. It has helped a lot with joint pains in her hand and specially with her fingers that swell up.My wife uses it every day, in average 4 times a day. She'd love to have another to have both hands busy while she watches TV :)BTW the build quality is really good. I'm very impressed and my wife more!”
“Product is sturdily built and does not feel or look cheap. Really gave my hands a workout today. Only first day, so I've only scratched the surface of the controls. After two sessions today, my hands DO feel a bit better than they did this morning. So, a product that actually provides some pain relief would normally get 5 stars in my book, but I'm holding back one because I don't know if this is just a temporary effect or the start of something magical.”
“Overall this product was of decent quality. I wish the charging cord had come with a base to connect to a wall outlet as opposed to only a usb cord. Seems like everything comes that way now but I was fresh out of extra usb to wall adaptors. That said, the massage consisted of air bags that pulsated and inflated applying pressure downward onto your hand pushing your hand down onto a surface designed with little nobules. This triggered pressure points and gave you your massaGe. No moving rollers or anything of that sort. I didn't get complete relief so I rated it a 4 of 5. I'd like to note however a discernible difference in my hands afterward that I really appreciated. This machine definitely takes some of the tiredness away from your hands by increasing blood circulation throughout the hand wrist and fingertips. It has a large number of pressure intensity settings and a good number of program selections that target different areas of the hand more effectively. It also has heat and pulse vibration or constant vibration. The amount of pressure this little machine was able to apply to hands was impressive. I would recommend that you start at a lower setting then you think you'll end up at and work your way up as the upper levels of intensity are well, intense and can be uncomfortable. However the various levels of adjustment really give you a lot of freedom and control over this. Overall I love that it is cordless so I can be anywhere in the house or on the couch watching my movie without any cords and decompress my hands after a long day or before the start to a long day. Will continue to use it daily because any relief is good relief.”
