“As others have said, this device does not massage as most of us think of massage. There are no “rolling' effects. It merely tightens and squeezes, similar to what a blood pressure machine does. The different programs give slightly different emphasis to the areas squeezed, varying between fingers, hand and wrist, but it's still just squeezing. There is a vibration button, which has two settings, but both of them are very weak and add little stimulation. I also found the experience very uncomfortable. The little bumps that cover the entire inner service just don't feel good. I tried and tried to like this device, but I could not find a setting that was not uncomfortable. Whenever I removed my hands from it, they would feel worse afterwards. A big thumbs down for me.”
“I got this for both me and my husband as we both have carpal tunnel and suffer from pain and tingly. I have used it a few times and I already feel some relief. I plan on using it twice a day and hope to have continual relief from my symptoms. I will report back to update my review once I have used it more. Its light weight, easy to charge and buttons for the modes, heat and intensity are easy to use, nice touch buttons.”
“So my bf has severe carpal tunnel in his wrists and hands, he has noticed the sense of sensation in his fingertips progressively getting worse and I was more than concerned when after his last doctor's appointment they were recommending surgery. I started to research what non invasive options he might have.. I stumbled upon this product, and it changed his life. This machine is nothing short of a God send. He started noticing improvement immediately. It's got a decent amount of programs and furthermore you can really pinpoint how much pressure you find to be the most beneficial on an individual level. 6 programs, 6 levels of intensity, option to either use the heat feature or leave it out, and it also has a vibration option to add to the list. A full charge lasts him for 4 full 15 min sessions. What I noticed in his feedback at first was that it hurt in the way it felt like his nerves were "waking up" meaning... He was gaining sensation almost immediately! Fast fwd a day or two and he's in absolute disbelief. The feeling in his fingertips were significantly improved. Since we got this product he's pretty much made a point of using it several times a week, now it's been a few months and honestly, he says almost every bit of the sensation has returned, his range of motion is dramatically improved, he does say that he can tell when he has waited too long in between sessions or slacked off on using it for a week or two. This machine stays right by his side of the bed and he absolutely loves it and this product truly saved him from invasive surgery! We highly highly recommend.”
“I do alot of work on the computer and I have been using the Lunix hand massager and it is very well built. The massage is air compression with "acupuncture" there are dimples on the inflatable bags inside the machine that when they inflate they will leave "acupuncture" marks on your hand that will disappear in about 30 mins. The air compression is VERY good. It is very strong and has just enough compression to give that "good hurt" feel. It has 6 different massage programs and intensity levels on the compression and has heat and 2 vibration modes. If you have arthritis or carpal tunnel this is a MUST buy. It felt SOOO good on my wrist!”
“Updated review after using the massager for a month:Pro's: The machine is cordless. It has 6 program and intensity settings that offer a more specific massage for my needs. It also has heat and vibration for optional use which is nice. Acupressure is always a good thing. It's simple to use and charge. I really like the massage and the machine and use it 2x a day, but it could use some improvements. The company is a small business which I like supporting small businesses and they send you a free pair of arthritis gloves when you leave a detailed review. I would definitely recommend this item.Cons: The machine isn't wide enough or long enough, at least for my hand. It misses the top finger joints altogether and the thumb barely receives any massage. The heat is very slight, barely noticeable, even after suggested 10 minute pre-use warm up. It didn't come with an electrical cord for charging. The storage bag smelled funky upon arrival. I washed and dried it only to find that it's too small for the device.”
“I had bought a different brand originally but did not get relief so I returned it and decided to try Linux because after reading countless articles/reviews they are recommended as the best.I instantly noticed it was much better than any other I have tried. It has a more massaging affect than others, Has many more options And intensity. It also has vibration and heat. Another thing that is far superior is battery life. I have suffered With extreme hand pain, caused from auto immune diseases and arthritis. This is the only thing I have found that gives me relief. I am so happy I found it.”
“I have had trigger finger in my left middle finger for over 8 months now, and recently in my left thumb for about 6 weeks, with a lot of pain on trying to move my IP joint, occasional painful popping and triggering, and tenderness to touch at the base of the thumb. I also noticed my left ring finger getting a little stiff as if it was heading towards triggering. I was planning on seeing a hand surgeon, but, in this COVID environment, I didn't want to take any chances yet with an office visit., even though I feel X-Rays might be a good idea. I have been using this massager and the finger massager now for about 10 days and the results so far are amazing!. My middle finger can now almost fully flex to the palm, and the triggering is mild - mild popping, not clicking and painful triggering as before. I can now touch the tip of my little finger with my thumb. The little knob or cord at the base of my thumb is now less tender and is getting smaller. There is little pain now when I manually flex the thumb IP joint. I am still unable to flex the thumb to reach the palm or base of my little finger. However, with the improvement seen so far, I'm hopeful that that also will improve. So far I have had no problems using the finger massager on the fingers, but have had to avoid using it on the thumb because of the pain at the base and at the IP joint. I feel that also is going to improve with time. Overall, I'm excited about the progress so far. Perhaps I may not need to see a hand surgeon, and can get back more quickly to my guitar. I'm continuing to mess around with my piano, using my thumb brace and playing through the pain and limited thumb movement. So, i give this product !ðŸ˜Ŕ
