“I ordered this massage unit for my parents based on recommendations from others who have the massager. The unit worked for about 3 weeks before dying. I paid shipping to return the item for a replacement, which TRAKK did not reimburse the shipping cost even though they claimed they would. Then the worst thing was that the replacement didn't even work when we got itthis has been a waste of time and money. Customer service is also terrible and does not reply. I'm sure lots of these reviews are based on the first few days of using it. This company clearly values quantity of units very quality. I would not recommend this and would recommend hiring an actual massage therapist.”
“When using message it was extremely gratifying to feel the sensation of my fingers and the pressure my palms released do it extremely relaxing and I saw a naked hopeful that my pain will go away truth since I can move my hand around to get all the points a pain that I have relieved was so remarkable that the after I pull my hand after the massage I can see all the little indentations was a machine head pressure indentations we're seeing on just not one side but all over my hand through my wrist which is a very gratifying that the machine was doing it's job. I I know that through the times of using my machine 2 time my pain will eventually subside and go away forever long as I continue to use my Lunix cordless messager . with a Fein cordless I can take it to work use it after work but have excruciating pain after work I can take it anywhere I go and not just have the wasted a Time to waste if you see my massage and be able to be relaxing anywhere I go.”
“I dislocated my index finger to the point where one of the bones was sitting on top of the other making my finger look like a Z. I also tore a ligament and there were small bone chips in the ligament. Even after it was reset, the joint was so swollen that l could barely bend my finger. I began to use the Lunix hand massager and got pain relief and more flexibility in that finger. Although I have not yet fully recovered, and I still go to physical therapy; my recovery plan, as approved by my therapist, is to continue to use the massager along with various exercises to help to regain strength and mobility in my finger.”
“I only received the actual unit, and the box showed white when I ordered the black. No charging cord, no extra finger massager. So if I could, I'd give it zero stars. It also says there's free compression gloves, there's not...(adding insult to injury) It seems like I got a used product too, there was no seal on the packaging, the box is beat up quite a bit. Very disappointing as I was really looking forward to some relief.”
“Disclaimer: I don't recommend, and I am certain Lunix would not recommend doing what I did with this product for the first time.I bought this bc I suffer from chronic tendonitis in both wrists (about 20 years). I did strenuous yard work a few days ago and I've been moving extremely heavy furniture. I've also been typing and writing a lot more than usual. So, I was in a lot of pain and had some swelling when I used this for the first time today. Pain medication was not helping me at all. I used it on my right hand first today (using it for the first time ever since I purchased it) on Program 1 and lowest intensity level just to play it safe, I didn't notice any difference immediately afterwards.Then I used it on my left hand at the highest program setting and on the greatest intensity. I thought my hand was going to explode because it squeezed so hard, I will say that it wasn't exacerbating my pain but it was a little uncomfortable, I was just not used to this much pressure. It sort of reminds me of a professional deep tissue body massage. After the program finished, I noticed that the pain in my left wrist/hand was gone.So, then I tried on my right hand again. But this time I used the highest program, maximum intensity and added heat. I truly wanted to push it to the limits. In the beginning of using the heat, I didn't feel a difference and wondered if the heat setting was working. After about a minute or so, I started to feel the heat. The heat was tolerable but I will never use it at the same time I apply the highest program with the maximum intensity again, it was too much for me. I am used to applying cold compresses to my hands/wrists, not heat. I cut the heat off immediately and continued with the program. The great thing is that the heating feature is separate and can be turned off if you prefer. After the program finished on my right wrist this time around, I noticed a difference immediately. My right wrist was no longer in pain but it was still slightly swollen, which I think can be expected. I tried the vibration setting on its own as well for about a minute, but I am not a fan of it, some people may like that sensation.Another thing that I would like to mention is that your hand will look like someone tried to poke holes through it, especially if you use the highest intensity level. It is merely a temporary imprint from the massager and it goes away after about 30 minutes max.Overall, I am happy with this product, I believe it was worth every penny. I want to buy another one so that I can use it on both hands at the same time, just in case one breaks or to keep locked away at work/school. I feel that the price is very reasonable. The hand massager is a beautiful black and has a smooth, almost silky texture. The material on the inside of the massager is smooth and gentle on my skin as well. I also loved the plastic finger massager that came with it, I put it in the freezer and use it to massage my fingers after writing or when they are cramping. I used the finger massager before I used the machine because I allowed the hand massager to charge for a while. I plan to take really good care of it, time will tell if the product will last a long time. “I am a violinist and a tennis player i have had trigger finger and it just seems to be getting worse. I have been told to massage my finger area and be pretty firm I was worried i would start getting trigger finger on the other hand by doing this i purchased this massager and it is really fantastic in replacing my manual massaging that i was told to do. Plus it gives me a time to sit still and just allow the machine to work on my hand. It is a perfect shape and size. I even keep it close to my computer and use it during online classes and zoom sessions. Just perfect.”
“I used this personally a few times and it was amazing. I bought it as a gift for a friend who is a surgeon. They kept sharing their sadness about not finding anything to help their ache/pain - so I went searching and found this for their bday!I was told many pros. The battery lasted all day with literally continuous on/off use at work and at home. The different settings for massages and pressure kept it fresh and was able to really relieve different areas in different ways. (And Ive heard doing something repetitively will lose its effectiveness?) So overall my friend was over the moon about this product.Then one day it stopped working. I contacted the company and they legit emailed me back so fast! They were very caring in their email and after some trial and error suggestions (because sometimes it's something small we may not realize), they allowed me to send the defective product back and sent me a new one. My friend was so sad but not anymore!!I will definitely buy another as a gift and if they release different products I'd love to check them out! Thank you!”
“This product seems smart, easy to use, and luxurious but ended up being a huge failure. I am a professional level powerlifter and everything on my body gets extremely beat up.. all the easy to hand issues so this made sense to me. Furthermore, my girlfriend suffers from rheumatoid arthritis so I figured I'd kill two birds with one stone. This machine seemed awesome and to meet our needs... for a maximum of 48 hours each! That is when at the longest that the inflation motor would fail. I ordered in total 3 of these and every one ended up being complete garbage! I have tried replacing this thing for the last time. If you are in the market for a device like this.. I strongly urge you to choose another.”
